I am emailing to update you on an exciting opportunity to join us for the Northampton Family Counseling Institute in Northampton, England. It is a wonderful experience and we are excited about having you join us there. The theme for the 2014 Institute is "Family Counseling Education and Practice." The Institute will bring together a small group of graduate students, professionals, educators, and association leaders for the five day event. Hosted by International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors, the NFCI is intended for various mental health workers including professional counseling, marriage, couples, and family counseling students, clinical social workers, etc... The institute will feature a balance of educational workshops - including a graduate student poster session - (Proposals are currently being accepted) and cultural experiences.
This has been a successful event in the past with many of the professional counselors from various backgrounds, students, and faculty from several universities around the United states as well as other countries. As an affordable institute, we are hoping to include professional counseling students and program faculty from around the country. Please consider joining us for this year's International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors (IAMFC) Northampton Family Counseling Institute in England, from May 28-June 2, 2014.
